In Minnesota, you need 200 hours of supervised tattooing to receive your tattoo license. I will provide you with the space to work and one-on-one guidance to complete your hours and build your skill. I want you to be confident in doing your work on your own once you are licensed, and I will help set you up for success. I’ll also be a mentor to you for the year after you’re licensed if needed.

You will need to get do a training class to get a fundamental understanding of the procedure, along with a Blood Borne Pathogen certificate, liability insurance, and your supplies to perform the service. I can guide you on what to purchase or create a kit at an additional cost. I will promote you to my clients and social media, but it is your responsibility to find clients. It is a 6 month contract and after that, will be month to month.

Unfortunately we do not offer training at this time. However, we can supervise your apprenticeship! In Minnesota, you need 200 hours of supervised tattooing to get your tattoo license. Training classes are typically 1-5 days to give you a general understanding of the procedure which would be done before you start the apprenticeship.

I am certified in brows (ombre, powder, microblading, nano, and combo brows), eyeliner tattoo, and lip blushing. You can take a training for one, two, or all three.

The length of apprenticeship varies based on how many clients you schedule. You need 200 hours of tattooing in skin to get your license, so on average it takes 6-8 months.

Our apprenticeships start with a 6 month contract, and will switch to month to month after. There is a flat monthly rate and no commission!

Our apprenticeship is a part-time program two days a week. If you would like to add a third day, you can at an extra cost. The days of the week are flexible.
